  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days from the date of Receiving.

  • Upon approval of your refund request, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.


Replacement Policy

 

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at sale@hrangfashion.com or +917011124436 within 2 days of receipt to initiate the replacement process.
  • To initiate the replacement process, please provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  • Once we receive your request, we will review and verify the issue and initiate the replacement process.
  • The replacement product will be shipped to you within 3 business days at no additional cost.

 

Exceptions

 

  • Refunds and replacements will not be provided for products that have been tampered with or used improperly.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be provided for products that have been damaged due to customer negligence.
